Tour guide was Christian, absolutely informative, fascinating, and theatrical. So much info packed in two hours. So much info I never knew in the perspective of a local. From tragedy to triumph this town is a world of its own and he helped us understand "why stay"? The Katrina memorial was heart wrenching. This was my third tour with Danny. I love to take my friends and family visiting New Orleans on this tour because Danny gives such a phenomenal history of the Treme, Marigny, and surrounds. He is wise and funny. The biking is easy- a very slow roll, no busy streets. Cars are rare. You end up in a tavern for sustenance- a place where you or your group will take the best picture. Ask Danny for restaurant recommendations and he will give you a list long enough to keep you returning to New Orleans for decades. Just do it!
